Welcome to The MicroDwarf Sculpture Art Studio, the MicroDwarf.com is owned by JCM International Group. Our company was opened in 2004 with a mission to provide radically unique gift ideas that are fun to give and even more fun to receive. We understand that people are tired of giving the same old stuff so we are coming up with gift ideas that are cool, radically unique, personalized and totally unexpected.

Our highly talented sculptors and professional artists can sculpt your happy face into a stunning piece of amazing figurine sculpture artwork. 2. How can I place an order ?

Placing your order is easy... just follow the steps!

Step 1. You Choose A Body Style you'd like to present your personalized figurine. We sculpt, paint, deliver and ready for gift giving!

Step 2. Submit your payment via PayPal. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card. Our PayPal email account is payment@microdwarf.com

Step 3. Email Your Picture to info@MicroDwarf.com along with order details and shipping details (receiver name, shipping address and phone number). After you placed your order, an email order confirmation will be sent to you shortly. Photo guidelines >>

Step 4. We sculpt your figurine by hand based on your photo. The normal production time is 14 days. The RUSH order "production time" is 7 days. Please choose FedEx if you need your order to be delivered in 7 days.

Step 5. We deliver worldwide direct to your door. The standard USPS shipping time is 5-7 business days. The expedited FedEx shipping time is 1-2 business days. Please choose FedEx if you need your order to be delivered in 7 days. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

3. What are the photos requirements ?

Choose a photo that you absolutely love! Clear and candid photos work the best. Close-up photos of the face (head shots) are ideal. You'll be happy with your custom figurine only if you're very happy with the original photo. Please e-mail your photos as attachments to info@MicroDwarf.com

5. Can't find exactly what you are looking for on MicroDwarf.com ?

If you can't find exactly what you are looking for on MicroDwarf.com, have a completely CUSTOM Made figurine that is designed to your specifications in any theme you like. You send in pictures of the couple including images of their clothes and or activities that they like to do and we make a custom figurine or wedding cake topper based on your input. It's a handmade, unique, one-of-a-kind original, custom-made to your order.

6. What size are the Custom Figurines ? What are the Custom Figurines made of ?

The heads are hand sculpted of polymer clay; it is about 2 inches high, so very tiny tools are used to sculpt the details in each cake topper or figurine. The head will be slightly larger than normal for the body. Each head is custom made according to your specifications. These choices include skin tone, eye color and hair color.

The bodies, bases, props and accessories are pre-made from fine resin and hand painted in beautiful detail. The figurine stands approximately 5.5 inches tall. Each piece is custom painted according to your specifications, these choices include bodies, bases, props and accessories at no extra charge.

7. What types of Payment do you accept ?

We accept Credit Card payments through www.PayPal.com, a very highly rated and secure on-line payments processor. All payments in PayPal should be made to: payment@microdwarf.com (our PayPal account address).

We now accept Western Union Quick Pay.

Advanced payment in FULL is required for all orders, since all of MicroDwarf.com merchandise is personalized and made to custom specifications, we cannot resell it to anyone else. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will begin processing your order.

8. What is PayPal ?

PayPal is an eBay company that enables anyone with an email address to send and receive online payments safely, easily and quickly. PayPal is a global leader in online payments, and available in 190 countries and regions and multiple currencies. It has more than 100 million customer accounts worldwide.

Each user signs up with PayPal and then enters their necessary banking and credit card information. Once registration is completed, your email address is all you need to send and receive money.

PayPal increases your safety by keeping your financial account information private. You don't have to share your account numbers with us unlike making a typical credit card payment over the Web. PayPal just sends us an email notice that the money has been transferred to our PayPal account but we never see your credit card or checking account information.

9. In what Currency are your prices ?

All prices are in US dollars. We do not have current conversion rates for other countries, but you can find them on line at various web sites. We recommend the Universal Currency Converter.

10. How Shipping Costs Are Determined ?

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

11. Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes ?

TAX: MicroDwarf.com will NOT charge a sales tax for sales. However, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties levied on the ordered package.

Customs or Import Duties : You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from MicroDwarf.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please be advised that your country may add a tariff or duty to the parcel because it contains a commercial invoice. The buyer is responsible for any and all additional destination tariffs.

Due to the fact that all of MicroDwarf.com merchandise is personalized and made to custom specifications. ALL Sales and Orders are FINAL, NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RETURNS OR NO EXCHANGES will be made for any reason.

14. What Countries do you Ship to ?

WORLDWIDE! We ship products all Over the World – to well over 210 Worldwide destinations. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.

15. Do you deliver to PO / APO / FPO Boxes?

No, we do NOT deliver to PO / APO / FPO address, because USPS or FedEx does not deliver APO/FPO addresses due to their restriction.

The following shipping information will enable the carriers to successfully complete delivery of your order.

  • Receiver Name: (First and Last Name)
  • Shipping Address: (street, city, state/prov, postal code, country)
  • Telephone Number: (area code + phone number)

Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.

16. Will I be notified when my order ships?

YES! After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email shipping notice, confirming that your package has been sent to you. The email will also provide you with a Tracking Number and a direct link to your tracking information in EMS/USPS or FedEx's tracking database.

17. How do I track my order ?

Parcels can be tracked directly through the Hong Kong Post Office site or via your local post office's website once the parcel has arrived in your country. To track an order with EMS, click here redirect to the Hong Kong Post Mail Tracking System page. Enter the 13 digits numeric item number (both letters and numbers) as provided to you in the e-mail. For example : EE123456789HK

18. What happens if I'm not in when my parcel is delivered ?

If you are not in when the courier attempts to delivery your order they will leave a card for you with details of your parcel reference and a telephone contact number. You can then contact the courier directly to re-arrange delivery or arrange collection from a local depot if you wish. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange your delivery or to collect your products. For your convenience, we recommend that you provide your daytime address (eg. work address) should there be any possibility of your usual contact address being unattended at the time of delivery. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.
