The MicroDwarf Sculpture Art Studio is the world's leading manufacturer of hand sculpted figurines. We have a team of in-house sculptors and artists trained at a professional level with over 10 years of sculpting experience combined! We specialize in sculpting polymer clay and resin figurines of people faces created from their photos.

3. What are the photos requirements ?

To begin a hand sculpted caricature figurine made to look like you, we first need a series of photographs of you or the subject you would like to create. A series of photos are needed to help our professional sculptors and artists create a custom figurine that looks and feels like a mini 3-D version of you.

5. Can't find exactly what you are looking for on MicroDwarf.com ?

If you can't find exactly what you are looking for on MicroDwarf.com, have a completely CUSTOM Made figurine that is designed to your specifications in any theme you like. You send in pictures of the couple including images of their clothes and or activities that they like to do and we make a custom figurine or wedding cake topper based on your input. 6. What size are the Custom Caricature Figurines ? What are the Custom Caricature Figurines made of ?

The heads are hand sculpted of polymer clay; it is about 2 inches high, so very tiny tools are used to sculpt the details in each cake topper or figurine. The head will be slightly larger than normal for the body. Each head is custom made according to your specifications. These choices include skin tone, eye color and hair color.

The bodies, bases, props and accessories are pre-made from fine resin and hand painted in beautiful detail. The figurine stands approximately 5.5 inches tall. Each piece is custom painted according to your specifications, these choices include bodies, bases, props and accessories at no extra charge.

7. What types of Payment do you accept ?

We accept Credit Card payments through PayPal.com, a very highly rated and secure on-line payments processor.

We now accept Western Union Quick Pay.

Advanced payment in FULL is required for all orders, since all of MicroDwarf.com merchandise is personalized and made to custom specifications, we cannot resell it to anyone else. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will begin processing your order.

8. What is PayPal ?

PayPal is an eBay company that enables anyone with an email address to send and receive online payments safely, easily and quickly. PayPal is a global leader in online payments, and available in 55 countries and 6 currencies. It has more than 100 million customer accounts worldwide. See details >

Each user signs up with PayPal and then enters their necessary banking and credit card information. Once registration is completed, your email address is all you need to send and receive money.

PayPal increases your safety by keeping your financial account information private. You don't have to share your account numbers with us unlike making a typical credit card payment over the Web. PayPal just sends us an email notice that the money has been transferred to our PayPal account but we never see your credit card or checking account information.

9. In what Currency are your prices ?

All prices are in US dollars. We do not have current conversion rates for other countries, but you can find them on line at various web sites. We recommend The Universal Currency Converter.

10. How Much will Shipping Cost ?

On any order placed through MicroDwarf.com, you will only be charged $4.95 for shipping per item.

If you prefer shipping by Federal Express, please e-mail us your country and Zip/Postal code for the quotation of the delivery charges. Please don't proceed any payment until we confirm the actual shipping costs with you.

11. Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes ?

TAX: MicroDwarf.com will NOT charge a sales tax for sales. However, the buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties levied on the ordered package.

Customs or Import Duties : You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from MicroDwarf.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please be advised that your country may add a tariff or duty to the parcel because it contains a commercial invoice. The buyer is responsible for any and all additional destination tariffs.

12. What is your Return Policy ?

Due to the fact that all of MicroDwarf.com merchandise is personalized and made to custom specifications. ALL Sales and Orders are FINAL, NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RETURNS OR NO EXCHANGES will be made for any reason.

13. How does the Proof work?

We offer free proof prior to production on all of our personalized custom handmade caricature figurine products. Your proof will be emailed to your email address in 4-5 business days. We will not continue go on any process until you have approved your proof. When you receive your proof you have the option of making changes to your order or approving your proof. Simply reply to the proof email to request changes or approve your order proof. If you need to make changes after viewing your proof, you can request a new proof or allow us to make the changes and proceed with your order. Once your proof is approved, your order will ship within 2 business days.

14. How long does the processing time of an order?

PRODUCT TIME:
2-4 weeks for Premade figurine bodies (custom face only, your choice of premade body).
4-8 weeks for Completely CUSTOM made orders (Made to Your Specifications).

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME: 3-7 business days

*If time is a critical issue, order earlier and tell us the Exact Date you want to receive it.
*This does NOT include the time waiting for customer's response to the preview email and the time for additional modifications.

15. How long does it take to ship an order ?

The Standard Speedpost shipping takes an average of 3 - 7 working days to arrive. View details >

Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control. If postcode is not provided, delivery will be subject to delay, and the delivery standard will be based on the longest delivery speed of the destination. MicroDwarf.com is NOT responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, natural disasters, or causes beyond the control of our shipping carriers.

16. Do you have Rush Orders?

YES! If you upgrade your shipping to Federal Express, you can have your custom order in 7 days! There is a $15 Rush Order Service Charge per item and is non-refundable. *Rush order service does not include any additional FedEx shipping charges.

Please e-mail us for a quote on order via FedEx. Please indicate your Country and Zip/Postal code. Shipping Quotes are good for 7 days. The FedEx keep raising the diesel fuel surcharge, so please confirm your shipping quote with us before you send any money.

Please be advised that the FedEx shipping calculator is an approximation. The shipping calculator will give you a fairly good estimate, however all shipping prices must be confirmed in an email from us. Please don't send any money until we confirm the actual shipping costs.

18. How are my order delivered to me ?

Depending on the delivery service you have chosen, we'll normally use EMS Speedpost.

We use the Hong Kong EMS Speedpost, as it's primary shipping company. We ship all packages to most destinations via Speedpost as standard operating procedure. We will ship using other carries such as Federal Express upon request and at additional cost to the customer. please e-mail us for a quote on order via FedEx. Please indicate your Country and Zip/Postal code.

EMS SpeedPost is an international courier service with 3rd party contractors. That means, parcels will not be delivered to you by someone in an EMS uniform; parcels will arrive with your local posts' courier service. For example in the USA , they will be delivered by USPS, in Canada by CanadaPost, in Australia by AustraliaPost, in France by ParcelForce, etc.

EMS Speedpost parcels take an average of 3 - 7 working days to arrive, and it is a very affordable and fast delivery method. Highly recommended, this service is chosen by the majority of our customers. View details >

19. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

SpeedPost and FedEx are unable to deliver to PO boxes. The following shipping information will enable the carriers to successfully complete delivery of your order.

20. Will I be notified when my order ships?

YES! After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email shipping notice, confirming that your package has been sent to you. The email will also provide you with a Tracking Number and a direct link to your tracking information in SpeedPost or FedEx's tracking database.

21. How do I track my order ?

Parcels can be tracked directly through the Hong Kong EMS Speedpost site or via your local post office 's website once the parcel has arrived in your country. View details >

22. What happens if I'm not in when my parcel is delivered ?

If you are not in when the courier attempts to delivery your order they will leave a card for you with details of your parcel reference and a telephone contact number. You can then contact the courier directly to re-arrange delivery or arrange collection from a local depot if you wish. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange your delivery or to collect your products. For your convenience, we recommend that you provide your daytime address (eg. work address) should there be any possibility of your usual contact address being unattended at the time of delivery.
