We use the Hong Kong EMS Speedpost, as it's primary shipping company. We ship all packages to most destinations via Speedpost as standard operating procedure. We will ship using other carries such as FedEx upon request and at additional cost to the customer. please e-mail us for a quote on order via FedEx. Please indicate your Country and Zip/Postal code.
EMS SpeedPost is an international courier service with 3rd party contractors. That means, parcels will not be delivered to you by someone in an EMS uniform; parcels will arrive with your local posts' courier service. For example in the USA , they will be delivered by USPS, in Canada by CanadaPost, in Australia by AustraliaPost, in France by ParcelForce, etc.

To track an order with Speed Post, click on the button below and redirect to the Hong Kong Post Mail Tracking System page. Enter the 13 digits numeric item number (both letters and numbers) as provided to you in the e-mail. For example : EE123456789HK
Once the parcel has arrived in your country, you can connect to the mail tracking website of the country below directly:
